When will I receive my order?
Most orders are produced within 2–3 business days. Personalized pieces (necklaces, plaques, dinnerware, custom apparel) may take an additional 1–2 days for engraving and quality checks. After dispatch, U.S. orders typically arrive in 4–7 business days, for a total of 6–10 business days from order date. International orders take 10–21 business days after dispatch.
Is this item personalized? Can I customize it?
Yes — most TFA Treasures pieces are personalized at no extra charge. Use the customization fields above (names, messages, dates) before adding to cart. Please double-check spelling carefully; once production begins, personalized orders cannot be edited.
I need this by a specific date. Can you guarantee it?
Many of our products are purchased for birthdays, weddings, graduations, Mother's Day, and other meaningful moments. Order as early as possible to allow for production + shipping. If you have a hard deadline, email us at info@tfatreasures.com before placing your order and we'll confirm whether we can hit the date.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations and edits are accepted within the first 12 hours after purchase. After that, personalized apparel, mugs, plaques, and ornaments cannot be canceled or modified because production has already begun.
What's your return policy on personalized items?
Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale — they're created uniquely for you, so we cannot resell them. The exception: if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days of delivery at info@tfatreasures.com with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Non-personalized apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery (a 30% restocking fee applies). Full details in our Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email us within 15 days of delivery at info@tfatreasures.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description. Our team responds within 24–48 hours and will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders typically arrive in 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Customs duties, import taxes, and other charges are the customer's responsibility and vary by country.
How will I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don't see it within 4 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or email us at info@tfatreasures.com.
What if my package is marked delivered but I didn't receive it?
First, check with neighbours and your local post office — most "missing" packages turn up within 1–2 days. If it doesn't, file a claim with USPS or UPS and email us the claim ID at info@tfatreasures.com. Once we verify the claim, we'll send a replacement.
