At TFA Treasures, every order is created with care to help you celebrate meaningful moments. Because many of our items are personalized or made to order, our shipping process is designed to balance quality craftsmanship with fast, reliable delivery.
Processing Time
Most items are made to order.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Personalized items (including necklaces, plaques, platters, dinnerware, and custom apparel) may require an additional 1–2 business days for engraving and quality checks
Production begins shortly after your order is placed to ensure timely delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
- U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- International Orders: 10–21 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs)
Total estimated delivery time (U.S.): 4–10 business days from order date.
Time-Sensitive Orders
Many of our products are purchased for special occasions. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend placing your order early. You may also contact us before ordering for guidance on delivery timing.

Delays, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 60 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund.
This guarantee does not apply to:

Customs duties, import taxes, and other charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country.
