Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds at TFA Treasures
At TFA Treasures, every piece is made with love and meant to be a treasured keepsake. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read this policy carefully — because most of what we sell is personalized or made to order, the rules below differ depending on the item type.
Quick Summary
- Personalized & made-to-order items (necklaces, plaques, platters, dinnerware, custom apparel, ornaments): Final sale. Returns accepted only for damaged or defective items.
- Non-personalized apparel (Ankara dresses, ready-made tops, hoodies, t-shirts): 30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Sale or clearance items, gift cards, beauty/personal-care products, perishables: Final sale, no returns.
Damaged or Defective Items (All Categories)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was described in the listing, we will replace it at no cost to you or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery at info@tfatreasures.com with:
- Your name and order number
- A photo clearly showing the issue
- A short description of what's wrong
Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 hours and, if approved, send you a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement.
Returns for Non-Personalized Apparel
You may return non-personalized apparel within 30 days of the delivery date if the item is unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging.
- Email info@tfatreasures.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
- We'll review and respond within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we'll send a return label to your email. Use only this label and drop the package off at a UPS facility. Do not send returns to the original shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Order Cancellation
Most of our products are personalized and produced shortly after you order. We can cancel or modify orders only within the first 12 hours after purchase. Personalized apparel, mugs, plaques, and ornaments cannot be canceled or modified after that window.
Wrong Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If a wrong address is provided and the order is returned to us by the carrier:
- We will reship to the corrected address. You'll be charged a shipping and handling fee to cover the cost of reshipping.
- If you choose not to have it reshipped, we'll refund the order minus original shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
- If the package is not returned to us (lost in transit or refused by the carrier), we can offer a 50% store credit toward a new item.
Lost or "Not Delivered" Packages
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with your local USPS or UPS office and email us the claim ID at info@tfatreasures.com. Once we verify the claim, we will send a replacement.
Late Refunds
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't seen it post, please contact us at info@tfatreasures.com. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
International Orders
Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility. Each country has its own duty and tax rules.
