Yes — most TFA Treasures pieces are personalized at no extra charge. Use the customization fields above (names, messages, dates) before adding to cart. Please double-check spelling carefully; once production begins, personalized orders cannot be edited.
I need this by a specific date. Can you guarantee it?
Many of our products are purchased for birthdays, weddings, graduations, Mother's Day, and other meaningful moments. Order as early as possible to allow for production + shipping. Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations and edits are accepted within the first 12 hours after purchase. After that, personalized apparel, mugs, plaques, and ornaments cannot be canceled or modified because production has already begun.

Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale — they're created uniquely for you, so we cannot resell them. The exception: if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days of delivery at info@tfatreasures.com with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
