Many of our products are purchased for birthdays, weddings, graduations, Mother's Day, and other meaningful moments. Order as early as possible to allow for production + shipping. Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations and edits are accepted within the first 12 hours after purchase. After that, personalized apparel, mugs, plaques, and ornaments cannot be canceled or modified because production has already begun.

Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale — they're created uniquely for you, so we cannot resell them. The exception: if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days of delivery at info@tfatreasures.com with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Email us within 15 days of delivery at info@tfatreasures.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description. Our team responds within 24–48 hours and will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
